The refund policy of our Website

All virtual items are final, non-refundable. Make sure the products are right for you before buying. If we are unable to ship your desired product within our specified time frame, your money will be refunded. But we will not be responsible if your product is delivered elsewhere due to wrong information or address. If for any reason the customer does not take delivery after completing the order and we do not deliver from here then Unique Ease will keep 5% of the total amount and send the rest back. We try to Delivery within 2 to 10 minutes. It may take up to 2 hours maximum and in some cases up to 24 hours.
